PLEASE NOTE: At this time I am unable to take on any new one-on-one coaching clients. I would still enjoy meeting you and learning what your needs are so that I can refer you to one of my trusted professional coaches or see if you are a good fit for the One2One program at Buffini & Company.

So really, this is all about you and how I can serve you. So…

Who do I coach?

I coach leaders. It doesn’t matter if you’re an entrepreneur or CEO, a real estate agent looking to discover your niche, a designer or artist working in a creative agency, a Millennial looking for a meaningful career, stay at home parent, or you’re stuck endlessly swiping dating apps. Everyone I work with wants better relationships, to be seen, heard and valued, to feel secure while stretching themselves, and do what they love for work and play. What varies is what that looks like for you and how we get you there. My approach is designed specifically to assist you in reaching your goals.

What personal coaching do I offer you?

I use the Co-Active model of coaching. This involves:

  • Getting you out of your comfort zone so you can learn new skills and fresh perspectives

  • Applying life lessons through simple frameworks that can be easily applied to many life situations

  • Focusing on powerful experiences that can inform and even direct your present and future

  • Giving you a supportive, confidential, and safe space where you can be vulnerable and learn to face your fears and doubts

  • Use of both in-person and digital sources to provide transformative learning

  • Demonstrating what is possible when you harness all of your inner strength and power

Yeah, but what does that mean?

In practical terms, I use a variety of improvisational techniques to guide you to step out of your comfort zone, tap into your powerful and often suppressed positive and negative emotions, and gain shifts in your perspectives. These mainly include; asking powerful and open-ended questions which make you think deeply, role play to embody an emotion and/or situation, visualizations to identify your values and inner strength, accountability assignments and goal setting, acknowledgments and championing, etc. My approach is to keep things light and playful whenever possible – even though it’s work and can be emotional at times, it can be fun too! I give you the space you need to wonder, uncover and discover new ideas, and discard old ones which no longer serve you and your desires.
