Coaching isn’t about me—it’s all about you. My goal is to support you in a way that feels warm, safe, and genuine. And since trust and comfort are at the heart of our work together, let’s start by sharing a little bit about who I am.

Why I coach?

Like you, I’ve navigated life’s most daunting obstacles—trauma, heartbreak, career setbacks, loss, rejection, and the relentless grip of self-doubt. I’ve wrestled with attachment issues, weathered relationship storms, endured divorce, and faced the complexities of fatherhood. Childhood trauma left me paralyzed by fear—public speaking terrified me, being the center of attention felt unbearable, and I became a classic people pleaser just to survive. But I learned that true transformation demands courage: I had to confront my fears, challenge my own demons, and learn by doing. I’m still evolving, and I always will be. Now, it’s my privilege to guide you as you shatter your own limiting beliefs and rise beyond your fears.

my values?

I hold an unshakable belief that every individual is inherently creative, resourceful, and whole. My role is to help you recognize that power within yourself and to support you in becoming the fullest, most authentic version of you. My vision? To equip you with the tools and insights you need, so you’ll eventually outgrow the need for my guidance. My deepest hope is that you’ll carry these lessons forward, creating a legacy of growth and positive change for generations to come.

my style?

Clients and colleagues describe me as both playful and calming, with a unique, eccentric edge. I thrive on creating a safe, inspiring space where you can explore new ideas, push your boundaries, and challenge yourself in ways you never imagined. I’ll lovingly provoke you to your edges, championing your growth every step of the way. Change is never easy, but with me in your corner, you’ll feel supported, empowered, and ready to embrace the discomfort of transformation—emerging stronger, wiser, and more confident than ever.

What are my credentials?

Aside from my challenging life experiences, you mean?

  • I have achieved a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accreditation level at the the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

  • I am a professionally trained and certified coach (CPCC) from the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), one of the coaching companies responsible for creating the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
