what is coaching?

It’s the process of helping you to define personal and professional goals and empowering you to take actions to achieve them. Whether it’s your career, finding your work-life balance or relationship based.

How is it different to counseling or therapy?

Like therapy, life coaching involves a lot of talking and in-depth questions! Unlike therapy, life coaching doesn’t focus on the past or past trauma. Rather, it focuses on taking actions in the present – TODAY and the future to help you realize and achieve your goals.

How will I know if I need a coach or a therapist?

Once we have our initial conversation, i'll be able to let you know if I think I can help you. If I feel at that time, or at any time during our sessions, that therapy might be more beneficial to you, I’ll let you know. I will NOT attempt to do something I am not capable of dealing with.

Are our sessions confidential?

Absolutely, yes they are confidential. You will receive an agreement to review and sign that explains this.
